REFUNDS & RETURNS

The Boytjie Brand™ accepts returns/refunds within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and will be subject to inspection once receipt.

Only items which have been approved will be valid for return/refund.

Once approved, you will have the choice between either:

1. Exchange – Exchange the goods for any other product(s) of the same value.
2. Refund – A full refund for the purchase, excluding shipping fees.

* All returns shipping will be arranged by The Boytjie Brand at the cost of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To arrange a return please contact us by email at info@theboytjiebrand.co.za.

* The Boytjie Brand is not liable for any errors made by the customer selection various options during purchase.

*If the return is due to a quality defect or a fault on The Boytjie Brand’s part, we will absorb the returns shipping costs and exchange the item(s) at no cost to the customer.
