Our order processing time is between 2-3 working days (*) from receiving payment. Please allow for shipping/delivery time thereafter.

Shipping/Delivery Process
Our shipping lead times are as follow (duration may vary depending on specific destination):

South Africa:
1. Main City Centres 2 – 3 working days
2. Outlying Areas 4 – 5 working days

Shipping Costs
– We deliver to the whole of SA and International 
– All areas in SA are subject to a standard rate of R99 (Local/Main) or R120 (Outlying areas) – generated at checkout

Additional Info
– Delivery for orders over R600 is FREE to Local & Main City Centres only
– You will receive a Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched
– Your order may be delivered via courier anytime between 08h00 and 17h00
– If you are not available at the time of delivery, and you have not agreed to allow a third person to accept delivery on your behalf, then you will be contacted by the courier service to arrange for a second delivery attempt.
